Good judgement, common sense and having experience. What does your life experiences tell you about your health and wellness. While we are all constantly growing and learning about ourselves we all have some internal wisdom that he need to tap into. That internal wisdom will give you guidance on what you should do to be healthy and happy. Many people have lost the ability to listen to that internal voice so they lose their way. If you pay attention your body gives you feedback you just have to be aware and listen to the wisdom from your body. When you eat whether a meal or a snack shortly there after you body reports back to you. Do you feel energetic or sluggish? Do you feel live moving or sleeping? After eating do you feel good or bad?You body is sending you messages about what you are doing you just have to pay attention and follow the wisdom given to you. If you eat something that doesn’t make you feel well that doesn’t provide adequate nutrients to properly sustain your body, recognize it and make the appropriate dietary changes. You don’t need to follow some new age diet to successfully lose weight or feel good you need to merely pay attention. We are all different so there is no dietary magic that works for everyone, thus it is important that we develop the ability to read and understand the signals the body is sending to us. We have evolved billions of humans have come before you and all of that collective wisdom is there for you to use. The human body is the gauge that reports back to you about that collective wisdom. Pay attention to that experience and you will be healthier and happier for it.
