Being stuck unable to progress, unable to move can be frustrating. Thinking that you can’t change can add to depression and feelings of inadequacy. So how do you unstick yourself. Breaking old unhealthy habits can be hard to do, so eat the elephant one bite at a time. Try to improve your life just 1% a day so just one small step today is a step that can be built upon for tomorrow. It is easy to spiral into bad habits because you just have to give in and do the easy thing. You know you need to stop but it is hard. Just take a small step today towards that goal and recognize that as a win. Tomorrow you can add on and soon it becomes easier and before you know it the spiral is upward.
