When implementing change in your life you must celebrate the small wins. While you must acknowledge when you come up short don’t dwell on the misses. Look at the reasons why you missed and adjust but more importantly focus on the wins. Enjoy the times when you were disciplined and took that walk versus ate the dessert or whatever your are trying to accomplish. If it eating well and adding exercise then make sure to congratulate yourself when you hit your target. Don’t beat yourself up because you failed to do something correctly move on that is in the past look to the future that is where change happens. A positive outlook makes it easier to accomplish goals so direct yourself with positivity and don’t let negative events pull you down. When you win the day be happy and use that win to launch you into the next successful day. Not everyday will be a win but when you can stack those wins on top of each other is where change happens.
