You are not going to always succeed with your life or fitness goals. Not everything is going to go according to plan. You may just not feel like hitting the gym today or that doughnut is tempting you and you might just give in. Those are the minute to minute battles we fight all the time. You can’t win everyone but you can win enough to make a difference. You can’t worry about them all just worry about the one confronting you right now. Win that one. Focus on that one and make yourself win that one. That one win can change your day.
